I had the honour of collaborating with the collective WAARD WARD, on this beautiful cookbook back in in was it 2024, or 2023 when the team (shout out the loveliest, Petrina, Patricia and Maryanne) set up the photoshoot at the parents crib for the recipe feature. The rose milkshake recipe which is my moms, is sooo delicious and pretty and I'm truly grateful to share it alongside the beautiful rose garden she's up kept through out the years. As a wise woman named Kelis once said "my milkshake brings all the boys to the yard!!!!!" Also shout out to Anne Campbell for creating ceramics to go with each recipe. So fire.
This collaboration is extra special & will always hold a special place in my heart. Bless the roses, the families and artists that all came together for this one.
